Roller Diameter ф450mm, Roller Length 1200mm, Open Mill XK-450(18')
This series of open mill is general type, with applications of rubber plasticizing, mixing, warming, sheeting and etc for rubber plant. This open mill is equipped with DC,AC and variable frequency motor. And the speed of roller can have many options, such as constant speed, variable speed, constant ratio and variable ratio.The rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron, the cooling type is periphery drilled or cored type. Reducer has full hard tooth surface. It is connected to rolls by universal coupling which is easy to nip adjusting.Nip adjustment has three modes: manual, electric or hydraulic modes which can be chosen by customers. Stock guide plate has three modes: fixed,axially adjustable, or overturned modes. Meanwhile, the customers can choose stock blender, cutter device and etc for different technology requirements. This series of open mill has many models, full parts and high configuration, which is perfectly combined with inner quality and outer appearance, and is a good choice for mid-end and high-end customers.
